Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how OHMAI (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the OHMAI website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information — name, email, and credentials you provide when you register.
- Content — prompts, images, audio, video, product details, and other inputs you submit, and the outputs generated from them.
- Billing information — subscription and credit transactions (payment card data is handled by our payment processor, not stored by us).
- Connected accounts — when you link a third-party account (such as TikTok or TikTok Shop), we receive tokens and the data needed to publish content and read performance metrics you authorize.
- Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser/device information, and interactions with the Service, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service and generate the content you request;
- To process payments, credits, and subscriptions;
- To publish content and retrieve analytics from platforms you connect, as you direct;
- To communicate with you about your account, security, and updates;
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and policy violations; and
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. AI Processing
To generate outputs, your inputs may be processed by OHMAI and by third-party AI model providers acting on our behalf. We share only what is necessary to fulfil your request and require these providers to handle data subject to appropriate safeguards.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers (e.g. hosting, storage, payment, and AI model providers) who process data on our behalf;
- with platforms you connect (e.g. TikTok / TikTok Shop) to carry out the actions you authorize;
- when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the Service; and
- in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale).
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below.
6. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage much of your information in your account settings, disconnect linked platforms at any time, or contact us to exercise your rights.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
